The short version
Buy Sollsolly, use it on Windows, don't resell it, don't reverse-engineer it. We'll keep it working and update it. If something's broken, tell us. If it's not right for you, we'll refund you within 14 days. Full terms below.
License
Sollsolly is licensed software, not sold outright. When you purchase a Lifetime or Pro license, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your machines for personal or commercial use. You may install it on multiple machines you personally use. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or make the software available to third parties.
What we promise
- All v1.x feature updates included in Lifetime, at no extra charge
- Bug fixes shipped on a rolling basis
- 30-day notice before any breaking change to the software's behaviour
- Your license key remains valid for the life of the v1.x series
What you agree to
- Use the software only on machines you own or control
- Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software
- Not use the software to violate applicable laws
- Provide accurate information when purchasing
Intellectual property
Sollsolly and all related marks, logos, and software remain the property of mazzaitools. Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership of the software to you.
Disclaimer of warranties
Sollsolly is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any data loss or indirect damages arising from your use of the software.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which mazzaitools operates. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use of the software after notice constitutes acceptance.
