How long does it take to get a reply?
We reply to all messages within 24 hours on weekdays. If it's urgent, include "URGENT" in the subject.
Where do I find my license key?
Check the email from Lemon Squeezy right after purchase — subject 'Your Sollsolly license'. If you can't find it, email us with your purchase email and we'll resend it.
The app isn't recognising my hotkey. What do I do?
First, check Settings → Hotkeys → verify no other app has claimed the same combination. Then email us with your Windows version, GPU model, and the exact hotkey you're trying to use.
Can I transfer my license to a new machine?
Yes. Sollsolly licenses are per-user, not per-machine. Just install it on your new machine and sign in with the same email.
